Bat Control

When you have bats in an unwanted area of your home, Advantex Pest Control can relocate them in a humane fashion, without the use of any chemical substance. Several different methods are available to us as commercial operators, however the key points to note are that the relocation is done (1) in a humane fashion and (2) without the use of any chemical substance. 

Oddly enough, our control methods evolved without the use of chemical substances because we found that bats are a BENEFIT to our customers. It is generally the flight patterns and waste products which create undesired problems. Some interesting facts on bats are as follows:

• A single bat can eat almost it’s full body weight in insects in one night. Comparatively, an average human male would have to eat 160 pounds of flesh in a 10 hour period. 
• A single bat eats nearly 3000 insects per night while feeding. The average size colony can eat upwards of a half a million insects per evening collectively.
• Bats are the only flying mammal in the world.
• Less than ½ of 1% of bats have rabies.
